The luxurious Hotel Royal re-opens at the French shores of Lake Geneva

The luxurious Hotel Royal, the Grande Dame of the Evian Resort, proudly announces its grand re-opening on 01 July 2014.
The hotel has recently undergone a refurbishment, which sees the entire 6th floor transformed into stunning suites. The renovation also includes the addition of a new conference centre as well as new meeting rooms. Public areas within the Hotel Royal have also been remodelled and restored in keeping with the traditional Belle Epoque style of this much loved and celebrated property which boasts incredible views over Lake Geneva.
Celebrated designer, François Champsaur, and historic monuments’ chief architect, François Chatillon, supervised the re-designing, creation and re-styling of the Hotel Royal, working with the space and natural light each area and room presents on an individual basis. This has led to the creation of a fresh, modern look, whilst continuing to embody the hotel’s traditional “Belle Époque” style whilst introducing a contemporary feel. Bespoke furniture along with a unique array of fabrics completes the grand-scale renovation.
Luxury and tradition make a perfect match with the final touches added to a new style of living, in order to meet the demands of the guests staying at this opulent 5-star hotel. Rooms will start from €610 for a double room on a bed and breakfast basis. Prices for the Suites start from €1827 for accommodation only, based on double occupancy and for any reservation 45 days before the arrival date.
The Hotel Royal epitomises the word ‘grandeur’. A few of the Hotel’s well-known guests include the Aga Khan, Queen Elizabeth 11 and actor Errol Flynn.
